Fred's Meat Processing has choice, select, and premium beef cuts. The premium beef is raised on their own farm, Gajewski Farms. Fred's will also have all cuts of pork. Come on by for a ribeye , porterhouse, boneless chuck, or filet. Or perhaps a smoked pork chops or pork steak. The hamburger may alone be worth the trip. Don't forget about Fred's multiple types of pork bratwurst either. If you are looking for a variety, we will be selling select grade beef, pork, and mixed bundles.
